Fast in the morning between 6am-12 midday.
1.Drink a cup of water.
2. Consume only fruits and herbal/holistic tea during this period or alternatively fast with just water.
3. Midday - Break/Fast
If your fast was just with water then break your fast with fruits. If you did consume fruits during your fast then proceed to start your day as normal.
An example of a my daily structure
Morning fruit fast:
Banna x 1.5
Medium size ball of strawberries
Medium size ball of watermelon
Holistic tea:
HS Supermoss (Seamoss gel)
HS Shilajit Resin
Ginger
Tumric
Lime
Midday - Break/Fast:
Organic Rye Porridge with chia seeds, manuka honey + 0.5 banna.
Mid afternoon:
Prawn pad thai (Lentil noodles).
Dinner:
2 x seabass fillets, sweet potato mash and mixed vegetables.
Snacks:
6 squares of dark chocolate
Freshly made juice
Nuts (100 g)
