This 31 day weight loss challenge will not only help you lose weight; it will also help detoxify your body to promote overall health and well-being.
Avoid:
1. Poultry & Red meat
2. White products ; white bread, white pasta, white rice, white salt and white sugar .
3. Diluted drinks/fizzy drinks.
4.Cakes, biscuits,chocolates ,crisps and all types of fast food or take aways and margarine.
Introduce:
1. A variety of vegetables and fruit of all colours.
2. Plenty of fresh fish
3. Steam, grill or oven cook food.
4.Nuts,seeds,avocado,quinoa,pulses,beans, wild rice and coconut oil .
5. Drink plenty of water. (at least 2 litres)
